The path to 2x is digital

Let’s flip the script today…

Instead of telling you how to nail your virtual offers, let’s talk about exactly how I’d structure mine if I wanted them to crash, burn, and keep me trapped trading my time for money.

Here’s the plan:

Step 1: Pick Telehealth…. Every. Single. Time.

If failure’s the goal, telehealth’s your best friend.

Sure, it sounds progressive. But in reality, you’re just swapping out clinic walls for your home office.

Your sessions still lock you into your schedule, and your income is still directly tied to your time.

No scalability. No freedom. Perfect, this’ll do.

Step 2: Offer Fitness as the Natural “Next Step.”

This one’s deceptively brilliant because it seems logical. Rehab clients finish treatment, and fitness is the obvious upsell, right?

Except now you’re competing directly with local gyms (you know, those partners sending you referrals). Even better, your clients might already be paying someone else for fitness, leaving your offer redundant.

The bonus? Custom fitness programming triples your workload (trust me, I’ve tried this multiple times), slashing your effective hourly rate to something embarrassingly low (for some people <$30/hour).

Double-whammy achieved. More work, less money! LET’S GO!

Step 3: Always Include At Least One In-Person Session.

You might worry your clients won’t see value without face-to-face visits, so throw one in… just for good measure.

Now you’ve successfully taken a scalable, asynchronous model and tied it back directly to your time. Suddenly your “virtual offer” is basically your old clinical job, complete with scheduling headaches and capped hourly earnings.

Mission accomplished.

Let’s say you package this at $300 per month and include 1 session. And we will just make the math work easy and say it takes you 1 hour to program. $300 divided by 2 hours = $150/hour.

No leverage, no upside. Exactly what we were looking for!

Ok, but seriously…

You want something that is scalable. You want something that doesn’t tie you down.

So don’t fall for these traps and start building virtual offers that actually create freedom, leverage your time, and raise your effective hourly rate.
